Hi! My name is Arlene and this is my weight loss success story.
2 years ago I made the choice that I wanted a divorce from being fat. I started taking my health more seriously and fell in love with the process. At 4’11” tall, I went from being 220 pounds to 155 pounds and I am excited to see where I’ll take my body in 2015.
I went from eating Popeyes, Wendy’s and Chinese food to baking salmon/chicken and incorporating green veggies with every meal. I work out 5-6 days a week. My workouts consist of cardio and weight training. I also practice yoga at least once a week.
My advice to people who want to lose weight would be that no matter how long it seems to take, you’ve got to keep going. No one has ever done this overnight. It’s a process and worthy of every step you take. Know that if you stay consistent the results of all the hard work you have done will unleash a woman that is full of confidence and strength.
