I’ve lost 105 pounds naturally in 2 years with healthy eating, tracking and excercise. No surgeries. No pills. No supplements. Just a lot of hard work and dedication. 2 years ago I was almost 300 pounds, had health issues was depressed and depended on food as comfort. Feb of 2014 I was lucky enough to be picked by a local gym for an opportunity to change my life…it was called “the chance for change.” This meant I would have a trainer work with me 5 days a week for 2 months and who would also help me with my food. Not a “diet”…but a LIFESTYLE change. That’s when I met Tiffany…a trainer and an amazing human being inside and out. When we finished the 2 months i thought that was it and i’d be on my own…but she said “we’re not done…we’re going to reach your goal. I’m not going anywhere.”
2 years later…she’s still by my side and has become one of my best friends. She’s changed my life! In more ways that just weight loss. I am an overall happier and healthier person. Anything is possible if you work hard and BELIEVE. I hope that I can give back and inspire others with my journey!
